    Secured PDF nuisance

I purchase ebooks directly from the publishers online frequently.  A lot of these ebooks are secured pdf.  I find that very annoying because not only can you not see the thumbnail in OSX, you need to remember the password every time you open it.  Aside from that, I also like to make highlighted notes in my PDF as I read them, and you can't do that with secured PDF.
So I wrote some code today to remove the password from the PDF.  It turned out to be much easier than I thought.  I will publish the code when I get a chance to do some clean up on that.
