One tomato a day keeps the project manager away
Lately we have been trying out The Pomodoro Technique created by Francesco Cirillo. This time management technique is one of the best we came across. It works because:
- It's simple to follow.
- It allows you to record how you spent your time. As we know, what gets measured gets managed.
The technique is clearly laid out in a freely downloadable PDF, consists of only 45 pages and can be read in one sitting (or two Pomodoros as the Tomato followers put it) We bet our money that more and more time management tools and GTD systems facilitating the use of this technique will spring up. We are excited about this technique enough that we have a project in the pipeline for it. Vivere il pomodoro!
